At Wildwood, we strive to provide our clients outstanding services with standards above and beyond what they would find anywhere else in the industry. In order to create an environment where this is possible, we consciously adhere to the following policies:
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service, due to scheduling and in fairness to other clients; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.
Changing Your Appointment
24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, except in cases of emergency or contagious illness as described below. If you do not show up to your appointment your credit card will be charged the full price of service(s) missed. Cancellations without 24-hours notice will result in a charge of half the price of service(s).
Please understand that missed appointments are difficult to fill at the last minute, resulting in lost wages and time spent on preparation, laundry, etc. Habitual cancellations or no-shows will require payment in full at the time of future bookings; in the event that appointment isn't kept, the client will forfeit their payment.
Please note that if you book online through the MindBody app, you will be required to pay for your appointment(s) in advance.
Sickness or Family Emergency
If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.
Gift certificates are available for any denomination towards services and are not redeemable for cash, retail items or gratuities. Please be sure to have your gift certificate with you upon check-in at reception. Wildwood Day Spa cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Due to the quiet and relaxing nature of our facility (which is not childproofed), we regret that we cannot accommodate your child(ren) during your appointment. Please make other arrangements for your child(ren) while you are with us, as we will be unable to provide you, or other clients who may be waiting in reception, with a quality service if your child(ren) are present.
**Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the establishment for such purposes as special events specifically designed to service parents and their children together. Please follow us on Facebook for updates regarding our events and specials.
Please place cell phones and wireless communication devices on 'silent', 'vibrate' or turn 'off', for your relaxation and the comfort of other guests.
